Learning Objectives:

Mentoring

‘Business in the Anthropocene’ can add tailored sustainability mentoring to the coaching contract if agreed beforehand. This brings a more content-led approach in to the coaching core of following the agenda of the client. It enables executives to develop their individual sustainability motivation and apply it in role.

The mentoring is adapted to learning preferences and covers sustainability contexts that the client chooses. When integrated with coaching it can broaden and deepen sustainability performance further. Models and case studies are offered and selected reading lists can be provided.
